Digital Products: We offer refunds for digital products (e.g., software, e-books, digital downloads) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Physical Products

We offer refunds for physical products (e.g., merchandise, hardware) if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@digitalnovacore.com with your order details, including the order number, product details, and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Approval

We will evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis. The approval of a refund is at our sole discretion.

Refunds for digital products will be issued if the product is found to be defective, not as described, or if you encounter technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

For physical products, refunds will be issued if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we are unable to replace the product with a satisfactory replacement.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds for digital products will be processed within 30 business days.

For physical products, you will need to return the defective or damaged product, and upon receiving it, we will process the refund within 30 business days.

Exemptions

Some products or services may not be eligible for refunds, and this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of this agreement, the English version shall prevail.
